Policies in Texas

Ok so when i first started couponing i had a hard times kniwing what stores had what policy & what not, it was pretty bad. Then some of the NEW cashiers didn't know their on policies and would say I can only use one coupon, wtf, i knew that was wrong.
So i decided to make it easier for those of you who have just began couponing and what to know what stores do what, when, and how! Oh yeah and if i were you I'd carry it in my binder just in case you get a new cashier that knows nothing!
Walmart Coupon Policy
Target Coupon Policy
Walgreens Coupon Policy
Kroger Coupon Policy  (Its not fully updated yet)
CVS Coupon Policy- They do not have it posted on the website but this is it:
Thank you for contacting CVS/pharmacy. Your e-mail has reached the Customer Relations Department. We appreciate the time you took to contact us with your inquiry. Our coupon policy is not available on our Web site. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time.
Our registers are set to allow 1 CVS coupon and 1 manufacturer coupon per item. Free coupons or “offers at the register” (OAR’s) are unearned and issued to you as a valued member of the CVS/pharmacy ExtraCare program. These coupons take the form of “open ended” coupons such as $3 off $15 or a certain dollar amount off a specific item. In any given transaction our registers will allow only one “open ended” coupon per transaction. CVS Extra Buck coupons are earned when you make a qualifying purchase. These print out instantly at the register upon reaching the threshold for the offer. You can use more than one Extra Buck coupon provided the purchase threshold has been met for each offer amount on a per-transaction basis.
In the case where a particular item is on sale for “buy one get one free” (BOGO), you are only allowed to use one manufacturer’s BOGO coupon. For instance, if Revlon lipstick is on sale for BOGO, you can use one manufacturer’s BOGO coupon. You would get both items free and pay any applicable tax. We reserve the right to limit quantities after the first purchase. If our store is running a sale for BOGO, you can use two manufacturer’s coupons for a specific dollar amount off. For example, if Revlon lipstick is on sale at our store for BOGO, you can use two $1.00 off Revlon lipstick manufacturer coupons.
CVS/pharmacy does accept manufacturers’ coupons that have been obtained from manufacturer sponsored and/or authorized Web sites. The coupon should be complete and contain a bar code that can be scanned at the register. If the coupon does not scan, the cashier should politely inform you that we cannot accept your coupon. We do not allow manual overrides at the register for coupons printed from the Internet. CVS/pharmacy will not accept offers printed from unauthorized Internet postings or reproductions, copies, or facsimiles.
We do not accept competitors’ coupons for front store items. We feel that our sales and ExtraCare program are comparable if not better than any sales or coupons offered by our competitors. We also do not accept any expired coupons, CVS or otherwise. We do not “double” or “triple” coupons.
Again, thank you for contacting us. We value your business and look forward to serving you in the future.

Ok this total was $1.98 :-)
(Now it was $7.98 but one item I bought was not on sale like I thought so I returned it and got $6 back)

This was all -$2.76 :)
So the Dove is in sale $3.99 and you get $3.00 in Register Rewards, and the cookies are on sale for $.25 so I bought 5 all for a total $5.24 BUT I used $5 in register rewards making it $.24 and I received $3.00 back :)

 All this was $.9
Ok the body was was $3.34 and the deodorant was $4.99 and the cookies were $.25 each .... I had a BOGO coupon that said buy the bodywash get the deodorant free so that took $4.99 off also my $5 in Register Rewards :)

These are on sale for $9.89 and he used a $4 off coupon making it $5.89 after tax it was $6.38 with $5 register rewards given to me :)
(We did this 4 times)

Some Of My Pile :)

This is some of my stock pile. Now everyone has their own reason for having a stock pile, mines is because these are items that we will DEFIANTLY use (i have 2 boys & their dad). The items that i stock up one mostly is hygiene products, laundry detergents, and cleaning supplies. Why? Well, these items have NO expiration date  ... EVER. I mean there is one on toothpaste, but come on whats the likely hood of you no using it by the expiration date? ... exactly. Another reason that i stock up on these items is because they come with the BEST coupons! there are some that are $4 off a $3.50 item, which is great if you go to Wal*Mart because you have Overage!
--Remember when stock piling, if you do it for food arrange you piles in order by dates, or if you do the items i do organize by the one you use most to the ones you use least ... its less of a hassle when your trying to use it :)

Where Do I Begin?

Houston, TX, United States
Well, my name is Frances Marie. I'm 21 yrs old and I was born and raised in the great state of Texas. I began couponing originally when i had my first son in 2008, his god mother told me about it so i started. Back then it was a hobby and I did it every so often. But, I will admit since "Extreme Couponing" has aired it has reminded me that i need to get back to it. So i have, now i will not say that I am an extremest, however I do love my coupons & I try not to leave home w/o my binder :)
